How it works
You list the routine tasks your team does and mark whether each is repetitive, works mainly with text or data, and needs judgement. Tasks that are repetitive and data-based without needing judgement are the strongest candidates for AI. Tasks that rely on judgement, empathy or accountability stay human.

Does “AI can do” mean no people are needed?
No. Someone should always check AI’s output before it’s used. It means AI can do most of the work.
