Our lead coach
Our lead coach sits on the FSB selection panel in India, which appoints Executive Directors and CMDs at public-sector financial institutions such as LIC, SBI and the public-sector banks. For the past three years they have run behavioural event interviews on these panels, alongside the separate test of domain knowledge.
